You Say Goodbye, I Say Hello

I wore this last weekend to a family party. It felt like a good balance between summer and fall. I got a wireless remote shutter release and I’m so happy with it! I can finally take advantage of this lens’ awesome autofocus feature!

It’s now officially fall, yay! I’ve been drinking pumpkin coffee all week… and fighting off a cold.

I spent this morning finishing a paper on Virginia Woolf’s To The Lighthouse. I dropped that off at school and picked up my friend Natali.

Me, Natali, and my parents went to a big expo/fair that has a ton of food, rides, and each New England state has a building with food and gifts from the state. We had pumpkin ice cream, maple sugar candy, french fries, baked potatoes, essentially a bunch of junk food.

I’ve been telling Natali about it for years and I was glad to finally show her this big to-do. It is pretty massive, they even had Lynyrd Skynyrd perform tonghit, although we didn’t see it. We ran into my cousin Bridget and her husband, so that was nice too! And by ran into, I mean we discovered we were both there and then spent half an hour trying to find each other. That place is like a labyrinth.
