Shirt: Old Navy
Skirt: Francesca’s, similar at Forever 21
Boots: 6pm (similar)
It was pretty dang cold today, but I suffered through it for these pictures. The things I do for this blog!
I got this skirt during my shopping spree at the outlets in North Carolina. It was on sale at Francesca’s. I had never bought anything from there, but had been in a few times. I usually think that their quality does not match their prices, but this trip I got a bunch of great embellished pieces on sale. I love that the detail on the skirt continues on the back.
I’ve been working on a 1920’s inspired piece for my art class, and it kind of transferred into my outfit. I still think this is a but more 60’s/70’s glam, and I wish I could have worn my giant brim hat with it, but I still haven’t figured how to comfortably wear hats indoors. I feel like for smaller hats it’s okay, but big hats your just look like you’re a weirdo unless you’re somewhere fashionable. Somewhere opposite of class or the Rec. Dept. office.
Some day I’ll live/work in a more fashionable place. Hopefully.
I hope you’re all having a good week!
