This is an outfit from a few weeks ago when I went to lunch with my family. The kimono might be my favorite piece in my wardrobe. It just makes any outfit.

I would up wearing leggings and a sweatshirt today. It’s been my go-to outfit for the past week of snow, rain, fog, and slush.

Today was a fairly lazy day. I hung out around the house before finally venturing out at 5 o’clock to take my dog for a walk. He was going stir crazy and kept nipping at my ankles, trying to play.

I went out to dinner with my friend Sarah at a local pub. It was really nice to hang out with her and to enjoy a nice, warm meal. I’ve been home alone this week because my parents are on vacation. This means that I’ve been eating mostly rice, pasta, and frozen pizza. I’m no chef, so boxed meals are about my only option. I tried to make grilled chicken and wound up cooking it so long that it was stiff when I took it off the grill…I’ll learn one day.
