Shirt: American Eagle
Skirt: Old Navy, similar from Nordtrom
Boots: 6pm, similar from Nine West
I wore this to school yesterday. It was super cold so I layered a pair of leggings underneath my skirt and a warm sweater on top.
In my marketing class we had a guest lecture from Terry Mollner, a board member of Ben & Jerry’s. He talked about competition versus cooperation. He said that people should work together and prioritize the common good. By using this strategy Ben & Jerry’s is able to have a very small marketing budget. They are very public with their political and civil rights activism. Instead of having ads in the papers, they’re in the stories. It was inspiring to hear such humanistic ideology from someone so high up in a large corporation. He is a part of a lot of private sector organizations that are working to build retirement benefits for people and trust funds for kids.
After work I went to Applebee’s with some of my friends from my trip to Italy. It’s always nice hanging out with them. We just talked about whatever and had some good laughs.
I hope you all had a good day!
